If your suburb isn't listed, give us a call - we may still be able to help.

Not always. The photos on this site show a selection of ranges from over the years, and tile manufacturers regularly update their collections, so some older ranges may have been discontinued. Please contact the store to check availability before you set your heart on a particular tile. Our showroom display is always current.

Measure the length and width of each area (or wall) in metres and multiply them to get the square metres, then add about 10% for cuts and breakages - more for diagonal or herringbone layouts. Bring your measurements in and we'll calculate it for you, including adhesive, grout and trims.

It depends on where they're going. Porcelain and ceramic floor tiles suit high-traffic and wet areas; textured or grip finishes are safer for bathrooms, laundries and outdoors; wall tiles such as subway, mosaic and handmade tiles are ideal for splashbacks and shower walls; and natural stone gives a premium look with a little more care. Our staff will happily talk you through the options in store.

Yes. We stock the products the trade uses, including Ardex grouts, Maxisil silicone, Sika preparation and priming products, Progrip and Promaxset adhesives, and Roberts Designs tiling accessories. See our accessories page or ask in store.

Yes. At the rear of our Rosebud showroom you'll find our clearance centre with clearance tiles alongside carpet remnants, rugs, vinyl and timber floors at reduced prices. Stock changes all the time, so it's worth calling in regularly if you're after a bargain.

Yes. We supply tiles and accessories for shops, offices, holiday accommodation, rental properties, schools, clubs and other commercial projects across the Mornington Peninsula. Contact us to discuss your project and we'll recommend tiles with the right slip and wear ratings for the job.
